Ms. Lacey, dance instructor and headmistress of Liberté Light Dance, School of Dance Inc.  has taken ballet lessons since 1997, and Hip Hop since the fall of 2006.  In February ‘07, she completed Grade 8, Royal Academy of Dance, with Penticton School of Dance. She also studied ballet in Moose Jaw under Doris Sitter School of Dance. She first began teaching music and dance in 2002.  Since then, she has thoroughly enjoyed working with children and adults of all ages.  She hopes that whatever life presents you will dance.

The Creative Arts are her passion as she also loves to write, paint, sing, play guitar, and piano (Grade 7 level completed).  She started Music for Young Children piano lesson in 1993 and is a graduate of the Music for Young Children program.   Ms Lacey was born into a family with six children and she now has a son of her own.  Her love for children is always growing and never ending.

In 2005 she began teaching in community centres and became Star la Dance. However, her dreams and goals for her school have changed since then, so in the fall of 2014 her studios became Liberté Light Dance, giving children the Freedom to be children and helping our community Shine brighter through dance; her year end shows raising funds for those in need.
